Shipping & Delivery:

All firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer specified by you. We can ship any firearms directly to you if  you don’t own a license . We use a combination of shipping carriers depending on the type of item purchased as well as the State the item is being shipped. We will at our discretion change the delivery method if it is in the best interest of us or the customer. Most handguns are shipped UPS 2-Day, with all other items typically shipped Ground. Some items, such as handguns and ammunition, may not be legal to ship to your State. Please check local and state laws prior to purchasing. It is YOUR responsibility to check your local laws prior to placing an order. All firearms will be shipped to an FFL holder in your state for transfer. They will typically charge a nominal fee for the transfer that you will be responsible for paying. If you have a question on shipping charges please ask and we will be happy to let you know prior to making the purchase. We offer a FLAT RATE SHIPPING, we do not guarantee a delivery speed by UPS. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless the package never makes it to the destination.

 

Returns:

Returns are accepted for merchandise that is defective unless it has been modified or installed in a build (those items will be subject to manufacturer warranty). Best Gun Store will provide a refund or exchange on all other accessories found defective provided that the customer notifies us of the defect within 5 days of the item being delivered. Best Gun Store will also arrange for the defective items to be picked up and returned to us by the original shipper. Please do not return packages prior to receiving a return authorization. Please use the “Contact Us” form to receive a return authorization. Shipping fees are not refundable. Ammunition and electronics are not returnable.

 

Thoroughly inspect firearms before you complete the transfer from the receiving dealer. If there is damage or defects discovered before the firearm is transferred to you we will work with you to resolve the issue or return the firearm. Returns on firearms that have been transferred to you are not allowed for any reason. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, however by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy). If you cannot pass the background check or the receiving dealer deems it unlawful to transfer the firearm to you, we will work with them to get the firearm returned to us, We will then process a return less $25 plus a 10% restocking fee, we will not refund shipping to the store, our cost of shipping if your order qualified for free shipping, or return shipping to us.

 

Cancellations:

Should the need arise; we will do our best to cancel an order at no charge provided that it is canceled by 8:00am, that is when our credit card batch is processed. If you placed your order at 7:50am then you would only have 10 minutes to request the cancellation, if you placed the order at 8:10am the you would have 24hrs to do so.. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order, it is agreed that the customer will incur a cancellation fee of $25 plus 10% of the original purchase if the cancellation request is not received before the batch goes through.. This is to help offset costs incurred by Georgia Gun Store. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to errors in pricing or availability, there will not be any charges If WE cancel the order for these reasons

 

LAYAWAY, if used:

During the 90 Day Layaway period, you can either make several payments, or just make one final payment at the end of 90 days, at which time we will ship your firearm(s). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A LAYAWAY BE HELD LONGER THAN 90 DAYS. If, after 90 days, we have not received payment in full, your Layaway Plan will automatically be canceled and any payments made to date will NOT be refunded. Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to 90 days any payments made to date will NOT be refunded.

We offer a FLAT RATE SHIPPING, We ship orders very quickly, most ship the next day and arrive at the destination within a week of the order. We do not guarantee a delivery speed by UPS. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless the package never makes it to the destination.
